DevSecOps Engineer (m/f)

Trask cybersecurity team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Engineer. Trask is a diverse environment, and all genders and nationalities are welcome.

• Become an owner of DevSecOps competence within the cybersecurity team.
• Be allocated to DevSecOps projects.
• Certify yourself on DevSecOps tools.

Diana Průšová, Head of Security, is looking for a skilled and competent teammate to help her foster new DevSecOps competence within the cybersec team. You will have the space and opportunity to develop ideas and solutions in the DevSecOps area and be part of local and global DevSecOps implementation projects. 

• Design and architecture security solutions. 
• Implementation of DevSecOps security tools.
• Consulting & advisory in the area of securing DevOps framework.
• Integrate and optimize security solutions within CI/CD pipelines to ensure automation, efficiency, and minimal friction for engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and SDLC best practices.
• Lead training and mentoring sessions to promote the adoption of security tools, foster a security-first mindset, and establish long-term best practices.
• Establish long-term security roadmaps, balancing business goals with compliance and risk mitigation needs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs.  

• Proven track record in DevOps, DevSecOps, and vulnerability management
• Hands-on experience with security tooling, including SCA, SAST, DAST, container security, and CI/CD security automation
• Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions, balancing risk mitigation with engineering efficiency
• Ability to evaluate complex security challenges and define pragmatic, high-impact solutions
• Yaml scripting
• Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Github, Jenkins, AWS DevOps, Snyk, Tenable, open source CI/CD security tools
• Understanding DevSecOps & SSDLC framework and risk governance
• Experience with international projects is a big advantage
