Job description
- Strategic Leadership: Define and oversee the overall strategy for Microsoft competencies within Trask.
- Business Development: Build and enhance Trask's offerings across our Microsoft capabilities.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Division Managers in Cloud & Security, Business Apps, Productivity, and Data & AI to align strategies.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with existing clients and develop compelling value propositions for new customers.
- Project Oversight: Manage business cases, collaborate on proposal preparation, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Satisfaction: Guarantee satisfaction with our Microsoft projects and services, focusing on customer success management.
- Team Excellence: Elevate the technical expertise of delivery teams, ensuring they can effectively design, sell, and implement innovative Microsoft solutions, in partnership with leading experts.
- Knowledge Sharing: Promote collaboration across Trask by sharing insights and breaking down silos, nurturing highly effective Microsoft delivery teams.
- Stay Ahead: Keep yourself and your team informed about the latest Microsoft trends and solutions.
- Global Impact: Contribute to Trask's strategy for international expansion and help execute our growth initiatives.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or consulting, with a track record of success
- Strong team leadership and management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions and ecosystem
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities
- Comfortable speaking at events and engaging with diverse audiences
- A results-driven individual with a passion for entrepreneurship and business development
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level
