Job description
- Participating in ITSM tool implementation projects – you’ll be a key player in critical projects
- Assisting in preparing proposals for our clients
- Analyzing client needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Supporting configuration and setup of the target solution
- Coordinating implementation activities and ensuring smooth project execution
- Participating in testing to ensure high-quality system performance
Required qualifications
- ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus but not required)
- Familiarity with key processes: Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Strong presentation and communication skills – you'll be guiding our clients on best practices
- Ability to analyze business requirements and communicate effectively with both clients and our technical team
- Ideally, the ability to coordinate projects on ITSM engagements (experience in project management is not essential)
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA or other ITSM systems is an advantage
