Job description
- Analyzing the needs and requirements of business users and IT.
- Evaluating and analyzing business requirements.
- Designing solutions for requirements, including functional specifications, data specifications, integration, and user interface proposals.
- Preparing standard project documentation and test preparation materials.
- Presenting outputs.
Required qualifications
- Analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience with requirements gathering and documentation writing (even from a non-analytical role, such as a key user or specialist).
- A strong interest in IT and intermediate IT knowledge (understanding the components of IT systems, basic knowledge of IT technologies).
- Proficiency in English or German at B2 level or higher.
- Familiarity with functional and software modeling, as well as the corresponding methodologies.
- Knowledge of UML.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect and Axure.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (SCRUM, etc.).
