For our product, ZenID (see more detail HERE), we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and analytical skills for the role of an IT Analyst.

• Responsible for direct communication with dedicated client’s portfolio and ensure complex care and support.
• Take ownership of client’s requirement including coordination and analysis of support tasks, and ensuring its efective solving.
• Analyze client requirements to understand their specific needs.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Design the implementation approach and create functional specifications.
• Participate in new product implementations.
• Closely cooperate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor technical trends and collaborate on the development of ZenID solutions.
• Collaborate on bids and presales activities. 

• Proven track record as an IT Analyst
• General technical background
• Familiarity with UML diagrams, particularly sequence and activity diagrams.
• Solid understanding of algorithmization and ability to design and implement complex solutions.
• Strong logical thinking and common sense.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English
