Job description
- Analysis of business users' needs and requirements in collaboration with IT.
- Presales activities – preparation of demo presentations and concepts for major companies in the Czech Republic.
- Evaluation and analysis of business requirements.
- Designing the implementation approach, functional specifications, data specifications, integrations, and user interface proposals using standard Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Preparation of standard project documentation, preparation of materials for testing.
- Design and architecture of Salesforce applications and processes, creating business logic, and integrating with external systems.
Required qualifications
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to identify effective solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in IT as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in functional CRM project implementations.
- Knowledge of functional and software modeling and relevant procedures on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in agile development methodology (SCRUM, etc.).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Consultant...).
- Strong consulting skills – analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills, constructive problem-solving, facilitating discussions, etc.
- Proficiency in Czech, English, and another European language is an advantage – possibility to work on international projects.
