As the Head of Cybersecurity, your mission will be to create and execute long-term business and delivery strategy for cybersecurity competence, increase the team, and ensure future growth.

Job description
- Responsibility for the overall strategy and management of Cybersecurity team in all P&L aspects
- Building Trask's professional offering across the Cybersecurity area
- Maintaining and developing business relationships with current customers and creating Cybersecurity value propositions for new clients.
- Management of business cases, preparation of offers, pricing of projects.
- Ensure client satisfaction with our Cybersecurity projects and services in all aspects: quality, budget, and time.
- Increase the technological excellence of delivery teams and the ability to smartly design, sell, and deliver innovative Cybersecurity solutions for our clients. All in cooperation with key experts for each topic.
- Sharing knowledge and competencies across Trask teams (not only cybersec teams), breaking down barriers, and building effective cybersecurity delivery teams.
- Keeping yourself and your team up to date with the latest Cybersecurity trends and solutions.
- Contribution to Trask's international expansion strategy and execution.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of business development or consulting experience with proven track of results
- Demonstrated team leadership and management experience
- Very good knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions (Security governance, Identity management, Security Architecture, Cloud App security etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic and analytical skills
- Experience with speaking at events
- Result-oriented person with passion for building new businesses
- Entrepreneurship
- English language – advanced level
