Job description
- Communicate: Work with customers to identify and understand their business needs and opportunities.
- Analyze and innovate: Analyze and document business requirements and processes, and propose optimal solutions.
- Manage and coordinate: Act as the primary liaison between clients, developers, designers, and project managers—from gathering requirements to testing solutions.
- Design the future: Recommend how to leverage the latest technologies and best practices, transforming them into concrete projects.
- Monitor and improve: Track project progress, ensure compliance with requirements and standards, and maintain up-to-date documentation for future development.
Required qualifications
- Experience: At least 2–3 years as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role in banking. Knowledge of payment processes is a plus. 😉
- Analytical skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex processes and propose simple solutions.
- Communication skills: Capable of engaging with various stakeholders, from developers to top management.
- Technical expertise: Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or similar tools is an advantage. Experience with Scrum is a bonus.
- English proficiency: Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally at an international level.
