Job description

  • Collaboration with Clients: You will listen to their needs, analyze processes, and identify ways to optimize payment solutions.
  • Turning Ideas into Reality: You will design smart solutions that incorporate current trends in payment technologies and transform them into tangible projects.
  • Role of a Mediator: You will serve as the link between customers, developers, designers, and project managers. From the initial concept to testing new features, you will ensure that the project meets expectations.
  • Improvement and Monitoring: You will continuously oversee projects, ensure their quality, and keep documentation up to date.
  • Preparing for the Future: You will recommend innovative approaches and technologies to give our clients a competitive edge.

Required qualifications

  • Experience: You have proven experience in payment processes (in a Consultant/Business Analyst position or a similar role).
  • Analytical Thinking: You quickly grasp complex processes and can transform them into practical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: You understand both developers and company management, and you can effectively bridge their worlds.
  • Technical Knowledge: BPMN, UML, or similar tools are familiar to you. If you also have experience with Scrum, you’re our ideal candidate.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent communication at an international level is essential.
