Job description
- Acting as the right hand to the department manager
- Working with the CRM system – primarily managing orders and opportunities
- Administrative tasks (orders, reports, invoicing, etc.)
- Attendance monitoring and working with the reporting system
- Expense accounting and arranging business trips
- Communicating and preparing documentation for customers (project reports, acceptance protocols, etc.)
- Preparing various materials and collaborating with other departments
- Assisting in the preparation of offers
- Working with data and reports
- Organizing informal department events
Required qualifications
- Good organizational and communication skills, responsibility, and a proactive approach
- Experience in team support
- A positive attitude towards numbers
- Communicative level of English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, experience with CRM is an advantage
- At least a high school diploma
