We are currently seeking Salesforce consultants for large organizations who are interested in working on exciting projects and furthering their professional development in the field of Salesforce. 

• Analysis of business users' needs and requirements in collaboration with IT.
• Presales activities – preparation of demo presentations and concepts for major companies in the Czech Republic.
• Evaluation and analysis of business requirements.
• Designing the implementation approach, functional specifications, data specifications, integrations, and user interface proposals using standard Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Preparation of standard project documentation, preparation of materials for testing.
• Design and architecture of Salesforce applications and processes, creating business logic, and integrating with external systems. 

• Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to identify effective solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in IT as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in functional CRM project implementations.
• Knowledge of functional and software modeling and relevant procedures on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in agile development methodology (SCRUM, etc.).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Consultant...).
• Strong consulting skills – analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills, constructive problem-solving, facilitating discussions, etc.
• Proficiency in Czech, English, and another European language is an advantage – possibility to work on international projects.
