Job description

  • You will be the right hand of the managers of your department.
  • You will work in the CRM system.
  • Here and there you will have to do some administration (orders, reports, invoicing, etc.).
  • Also checking attendance and working with the reporting system.
  • You will prepare various documents and cooperate with other departments.
  • You'll be involved in the preparation of tenders.
  • And also organise informal departmental events.

Required qualifications

  • You have good organizational skills.
  • You are a communicative, responsible and reliable person.
  • You speak English at a communicative level, German is an advantage.
  • You have experience in supporting a team.
  • You have the courage to work with our CRM.
  • You have computer skills (MS Office).
  • You have a driving license of group B. (3 days in Mladá Boleslav and 2 days in Prague Pankrác).
  • You have completed secondary education.
