We are Team8, a company within the Trask group, connecting the world of IT outsourcing and technology.
We’re growing fast — maybe even too fast. We have more clients than we can currently handle, and that’s why we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us push our limits even further.
We’re a bunch of colleagues who decided to break away from the corporate environment and build our own IT outsourcing business. Although we have a startup spirit, we’re no rookies — each of us has over 7 years of experience in the field, and we’d love to welcome another teammate who enjoys the intersection of business and IT.
So what is the game plan? If you are unskilled, start by becoming a CEO's right-hand person so you can learn. Soon, you will get your first clients and start selling, coordinating, and delivering. The setup will be different if you have experience in selling IT bodyshop - that will be jackpot for us - and you will get clients right away.
At the end of the day the missing piece is you.

Job description
- New business development & lead generation = a lot of calls
- Account Acquisition & Closing
- Key/strategic account management of existing customers
- Offering IT outsourcing services & project cooperation
- Preparation of contracts
- Tight communication and collaboration with our recruitment delivery team
- Networking, calling, communicating with clients/candidates, and being highly proactive
Required qualifications
- Ability to lead & close deals, to communicate with clients, to create interest, and to take proper care about clients
- Highly proactive and open-minded person
- Can do personality
- Previous experience in IT sales is welcome, but not necessarily needed
- B2B sales experience
- Drive to deliver results and be successful
- Active English
