Job description
- Develop backend applications in Java (or Kotlin)
- Design solutions and participate in technical consultations with clients and teams
- Work on projects focused on DMS & Content Services
- Act as a technical leader — not a line manager, but an expert improving engineering quality
- Conduct code reviews, propose standards, solve complex technical challenges
- Contribute to diverse projects across the business
- Create documentation and architectural materials
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building microservice-based systems
- Strong background in application architecture, analysis, and UML
- Technical leadership experience — code reviews, mentoring, defining best practices
- Java 21+ or Kotlin
- Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot (3/4) & Spring Framework (JDBC, Elastic, Modulith…)
- Experience with Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka, OAuth2
- Hands-on experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
- CI/CD pipelines, Testcontainers
- Build tools (Gradle), version control (Git)
- Nice to have: Azure or AWS on application level, AI skills (spec-driven dev., MCP…), Apple ID / Passkey integration, Angular
