Job description
- Participating in ITSM tool implementation projects – you’ll be a key player in critical projects
- Assisting in preparing proposals for our clients
- Analyzing client needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Supporting configuration and setup of the target solution
- Coordinating implementation activities and ensuring smooth project execution
- Participating in testing to ensure high-quality system performance
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of the ITIL methodology (certification is an advantage, not a requirement)
- Understanding of key ITSM processes: Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience working with a CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Practical knowledge of Jira (ideally Jira Service Management) is required
- Ability to perform customizations (creating and modifying workflows, form adjustments, working with ScriptRunner, handling integrations, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to advise clients on how to effectively apply best practices
- Ability to analyze business requirements and clearly communicate them to both clients and technical teams
- Ability to coordinate activities within ITSM engagements (direct project management experience is not required)
