Job description
- Responsibility for the operation and management of production applications, incident resolution
- Collaboration with development and customer teams
- Providing application consultation and answering questions from lower level support
- Collaborating on acceptance testing
- Collaborating on change implementation
Required qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle database (development / performance optimization / AQ)
- Basic understanding of UNIX/Linux environment
- Orientation in IT technologies
- Reliability, diligence
- Willingness and readiness to learn new things
- Analytical thinking, logical reasoning and ability to put knowledge into context
- Very good communication skills in the Czech language
- Independence, but also the ability to work in a team
- Proactive and pro-customer approach
- At least passive knowledge of AJ
- Resistance to stress
