Junior System Engineer – Windows

Infrastructure is one of the cornerstones of Trask. Our team currently consists of about 70 experts dealing with implementation and management of IT systems and applications, architecture of cloud and on-prem environments, implementation of automation processes and DevOps principles in general, virtualization, IT securitization and many other areas.

We provide VMware consulting, we help design and manage MS Azure or AWS environments, we work on OpenShift architecture, we implement Identity and Access management, we know digital signing, Microsoft 365 products and last but not least we provide operation of servers, workstations, applications and entire environments. All this in the largest Czech banks, insurance companies, telco companies and automotive companies.

• Work alongside experienced colleagues and have real exposure to our customers' large enterprise environment
• Preparing and testing application packages for deployment in a Windows 8 and Windows 10 workstation environment and deepening OS knowledge in a corporate banking environment
• Communicating and preparing stations for testing for application owners.
• Resolving more complex application performance incidents or issues or technical support for the Windows desktop environment (L2/L3)
• Implementing and managing changes in the customer's environment
• Assisting in addressing the impact of OS updates
• Ensuring workstations are chauffeured around the customer's environment
• Analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues

• Knowledge of Windows OS
• Basic knowledge of network operation of workstations in a Windows environment
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and managing user permissions
• Basic knowledge of SCCM 
• Basic knowledge of M365 (AAD, Skype for Business, Teams, Sharepoint, ..) 
• Experience with scripting - especially PowerShell and batch processing from the Windows command line
