Job description
- Assist in the setup and configuration of SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and support technical solution development within SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
- Help customize SAS Customer Intelligence 360 modules to align with business objectives and ensure integration with relevant systems.
- Learn and apply data segmentation techniques to support targeted customer communication campaigns.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues related to SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
- Assist in documenting processes and solutions, contributing to knowledge sharing across teams.
- Participate in training sessions on SAS Customer Intelligence 360 best practices to enhance skill development.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SAS programming or other relevant scripting languages (experience with SAS CI solutions is a plus but not required).
- Understanding of data management and an interest in marketing technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills in German are a plus).
