We work with large clients in the financial sector, optimising processes at Škoda Auto. In addition to constantly looking for data insights and creating machine learning models, we solve a lot of optimization tasks.

Job description
- Solving Data Science problems that will contribute to the current and future success of our clients, in the areas of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Recommender Systems, Audio and Image Processing and more
- Design and development of Machine Learning models
- Producing models into scalable AI solutions and deploying them into real-world operations
- Collection, transformation and visualization of distributed datasets
- Development and evolution of AI data products, both in client and R&D environments (prototyping, demo solutions)
- Analysis, design and implementation of solutions at the customer's site
Required qualifications

- Practical experience as a Data Scientist or similar position
- Knowledge of one or more of the following: mathematical analysis and modeling, probability, stochastic processes, econometrics, machine learning, optimization, simulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Plotly, Power BI)
- Experience with data processing, data transformation and descriptive analysis
- Knowledge of Python development
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and libraries (scikit-learn)
- Analytical thinking with problem solving skills
- University degree in computer science, mathematics or similar field
- Active knowledge of the Czech or Slovak language is essential
A strong preference, but not a requirement:
- Experience in application development with Monitoring, Build Tools, Version Control, Test-suites
- Knowledge of PySpark platform and Databricks
- Experience in managing ML artifacts and deploying ML models (TensorFlow Serving/FastAPI/Serverless deployment)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes on Azure/AWS/OpenShift
- Knowledge of full ML lifecycle management tools (MLflow)
