Job description
IT Analyst responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. Implement new functionalities, including their testing and management to ensure flawless operation of assigned processes, correct any incidents
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with IT analysis; solution design and integration to other systems
- Independence, analytical and logical thinking
- Ability to read and subsequently create understandable documentation (analytical models, functional specifications)
- Passion for creating and maintaining products
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST, UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence
