We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Implementation Consultant focusing on SAS Customer Intelligence Solutions. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with some experience in CRM or a related field, however, it is not a must. Candidate should be eager to grow their skills and contribute to the successful deployment of customer relationship management solutions.

Job description

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide support during the implementation process.
  • Customize SAS Customer Intelligence tools based on clients' unique needs.
  • Develop integrations with other systems and components, leveraging APIs to create seamless connections.
  • Provide training sessions for end-users and client teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new CRM system.
  • Create and maintain documentation of the implemented solutions, configurations, and customizations.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in SAS Customer Intelligence Solutions.
  • Actively participate in the sales process, contributing to assessments, proof-of-value activities, and RFP responses.


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, etc.).
  • Experience in CRM or a related field is nice-to-have.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical and programming skills (Java, Python an advantage).
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Very good language skills (English or German required).
