Job description
- Management and Maintenance of IdM Systems: Ensuring daily operations, updating, and optimizing identity management systems.
- Security and Access Management: Monitoring security settings, ensuring proper configuration of access rights, and protecting sensitive data. Preparing roles and other related data.
- Report and Audit Preparation: Utilizing ETL tools to export information needed for control and audit purposes.
- User Support: Providing technical support and training to users, resolving incidents and issues related to IdM systems.
- Testing and Deployment of New Versions: Testing new software and tools, preparing, and executing their deployment into the production environment.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborating on the creation and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards related to identity and access management.
- Collaboration with Customer IT Teams: Working closely with IT security, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operation of IdM systems and the implementation of new functionalities.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in application/system administration (2-4 years of practice)
- Practical knowledge of Windows or Linux (you know which command to use to start..., how to configure…)
- Hands-on experience with a scripting language (ideally JavaScript, but another language is acceptable)
- SQL – intermediate knowledge (JOIN, UNION, GROUP BY)
- AD or LDAP – intermediate knowledge
- General understanding of REST API principles and tools for calling them (Postman)
- Fluent knowledge of the Czech language, both spoken and written, is essential
- English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
