Business Analyst / Consultant

• As part of our team, you’ll help clients define and implement digital strategies, including designing and developing new digital solutions and products for financial institutions, insurance companies, and start-ups. These are IT solutions, of course. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including data streaming, AI, NLP, and IoT.
• We align all our solutions closely with our clients’ business objectives and strategies, focusing on efficiency, business value, and outstanding user and customer experiences (UX/CX), which are particularly important for mobile and web applications. Creativity is part of our everyday work as we design the best possible solutions. We then test them with clients and refine them based on their needs.
• In your consulting role, you’ll actively communicate with Trask’s existing and prospective clients, propose and present our solutions, and act as their primary point of contact. By developing an in-depth understanding of our solutions and our clients’ requirements, you’ll identify opportunities to expand our services, uncover new business opportunities, and prepare presentations and proposals. You’ll also actively contribute to the analysis and conceptual design of new solutions and products, overseeing technology delivery and process implementation from a business and client perspective.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Good command of spoken English, which is essential when working with some of our clients.
• An understanding of how financial markets operate, both locally and internationally, along with genuine enthusiasm for your work.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Confidence working with numbers and the ability to assess the business value of a solution in relation to its development and operating costs.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements-gathering tools and techniques, such as BPMN, UML, and use cases, is an advantage.
• A good understanding of IT, backed by demonstrable experience in consulting projects and IT solution delivery.
