You will be part of the Managed Services team responsible for the operation, support, and development of database platforms in enterprise customer environments. The primary focus will be on Oracle Database, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Job description
- Administration and operation of Oracle Database, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server database platforms.
- Installation, configuration, and upgrading of database servers.
- Resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests in accordance with SLA requirements.
- Monitoring the availability, performance, and capacity of database environments.
- Analysis of performance issues and database optimization.
- Design and implementation of database hardening in accordance with security standards.
- Design, management, and testing of database backup and recovery solutions.
- Support for application teams in resolving database-related issues.
- Collaboration with infrastructure, security, and application teams to address operational requirements.
- Creation and maintenance of operational documentation, runbooks, and standards.
- Providing expert consulting in database technologies and architectures.
Required qualifications
- Experience with the administration of Oracle Database, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server database platforms.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational database principles.
- Experience with the installation, configuration, upgrading, and operation of database systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve database performance and operational issues.
- Experience with database backup, recovery, and high availability solutions.
- Understanding of database security, hardening, and access rights management.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Communicative level of English.
