Senior CVM, Data & AI Transformation Consultant

We’re looking for a consultant who can design the architecture of a modern Customer Value Management (CVM) ecosystem, connect data, AI, and cloud technologies, and guide clients from strategy through to successful implementation.

• Help clients leverage AI to optimize customer interactions and marketing campaigns.
• Design business solutions that improve the performance of customer interactions and campaigns with a direct impact on P&L.
• Design Customer Value Management (CVM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Customer Engagement architectures for enterprise clients.
• Define solutions based on an AI-native approach.
• Design data models, integration architectures, and Customer 360 solutions.
• Advise on cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Prepare business and solution concepts.
• Lead discovery workshops and architectural design sessions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design of digital transformation roadmaps.
