Infrastructure Architect/Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect / Team Lead who wants to be involved in designing and developing modern infrastructure platforms for enterprise customers. We are not looking for someone who will simply manage technologies, but for a technical leader who can set the direction, develop the team, and help customers build reliable, secure, and automated infrastructure.

In this role, you will be the link between technology, people, and business. Together with the team, you will design and develop infrastructure and platform solutions, establish technical standards, and support their adoption across projects.

• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure specialists (5–10 people) and support their professional growth.
• Design and develop modern infrastructure and platform solutions across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate on the architecture of container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift), virtualization, and cloud technologies based on customer needs.
• Drive infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and long-term technology strategy.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, security specialists, and customers on the design and implementation of solutions.
• Help resolve technically complex situations and improve the stability, security, and operational efficiency of infrastructure.
• Participate in technical workshops, presales activities, and solution design for both new and existing customers.

• You have experience designing and operating enterprise infrastructure or platform solutions.
• You have a good understanding of Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other container platforms, while also having a broader infrastructure perspective.
• You understand Linux, virtualization, networking, security, and modern infrastructure principles.
• You have experience with automation (Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools) and Infrastructure as Code.
• You are familiar with CI/CD, GitOps, and modern DevOps practices.
• You have experience with people management, mentoring, or technical leadership.
• You can communicate effectively with customers, architects, and development teams and find practical solutions.
• You are able to take ownership, make decisions, and drive things forward.
• You are comfortable using English for day-to-day technical communication and presentations to our customers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, or infrastructure security.
• Relevant certifications (CKA, CKAD, Red Hat, Microsoft, AWS, or similar).
• Experience in enterprise environments, regulated industries, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience with technical presales and solution architecture design.
