Job description

About Trask

Trask is a European IT service provider headquartered in Prague and has been on the market for over 30 years. With our 1,200 employees, we aim to support our customers with innovative IT solutions for digitalization. Our customers include banks, insurance companies, car manufacturers, and telecom operators.

Mission

The mission of this role is to continuously evolve and maximize Trask’s internal Microsoft ecosystem — from core Microsoft 365 services to advanced analytics and AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot.

You will be responsible for ensuring that Microsoft tools are well-governed, effectively adopted, and meaningfully used across the organization. This is a leadership role combining technical ownership, adoption strategy, and people enablement to help Trask work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.

The mission tells you something about where we are now. Our COO, Filip Tománek, sees gaps in Microsoft ecosystem adoption, especially in Copilot usage and Teams collaboration, and in the ongoing development of the internal Microsoft platform (security, finops, staying up to date with Microsoft roadmap, etc.).

What’s in it for you

  • A strategic internal role with real impact on how the company operates day to day
  • Ownership of Trask’s Microsoft 365 direction, including AI and Copilot adoption
  • Opportunity to shape modern workplace standards, governance, and best practices
  • A managerial role with the possibility to lead and grow a small expert team (~3 people)
  • Space to experiment, innovate, and evangelize new ways of working
  • Direct collaboration with leadership, business teams, and technical experts across Trask
