Job description
- Designing, installing, configuring, and developing a corporate DevOps/GitOps platform built on GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
- Creating and enforcing GitFlow / branching strategies, development standards, and a unified governance model across teams.
- Designing the structure of repositories, GitHub organization, teams, RBAC, naming conventions, and security policies.
- Defining CI/CD baseline: build/test pipelines, security baseline, reusable workflows, golden base images.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with GitHub Enterprise (Org/Teams/RBAC), GitHub Actions, and the GitHub security model (OIDC, branch protection, policies).
- Practical experience designing and implementing GitOps using ArgoCD.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of DevSecOps standards and security tools.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and the cloud-native stack (Kubernetes, Helm/Kustomize).
- Familiarity with IaC tools — ideally Terraform (Bicep/Ansible is a plus).
- Strong orientation in Git workflows, code review processes, and versioning in team development.
- Knowledge of runtime technologies (.NET, PHP, Java, Node, Kafka) is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate across teams and present architectural decisions to leadership.
