You will participate in the administration and development of the infrastructure for an agilely developed employee portal used by the largest Czech company with more than 35,000 users. You will work with modern technologies in a large-scale ecosystem spanning multiple data centers and production environments.

Job description
- Identify customer needs and requirements from a cloud architecture perspective.
- Design and implement cloud environments (service selection, scalability, security, compliance with Škoda Auto/VW standards).
- Optimize infrastructure in terms of performance, security, and costs.
- Analyze and design cloud solutions for specific use cases.
- Administer, develop, and continuously improve deployed cloud solutions.
- Prepare recommendations for standardization and governance within the Google Cloud environment.
- Provide consulting, technical support, and collaborate with other teams across the company.
Required qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (or a similar cloud environment).
- Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and operational principles in cloud environments.
- Ability to respond to incidents, analyze logs, and optimize services.
- Communicative level of English.
- Proactive mindset, independence, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
