For our product, ZenID (check the details: zenid.trask.cz), we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and a strong technical background to help support our customers and contribute to the development of our solutions.

• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ZenID solutions and related infrastructure.
• User support, service maintenance, and troubleshooting of issues and incidents.
• Resolving non-standard operational issues in consultation with users and suppliers.
• Analyzing client requirements, defining change requests, and proposing solutions.
• Developing and managing positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborating with team members (analysts, developers, testers, and others).
• Training Application Administrators.
• Responsible for maintaining documentation.
• Implementing security requirements.

• Proven experience in the role of a System Engineer
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify and solve problems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and responsible, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Openness to work outside regular working hours in special situations such as installations, upgrades, or IT system maintenance
• Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems
• Knowledge of REST API and Swagger
• Communicative level of English
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in MS technologies, general knowledge of databases and IT security
