Job description
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ZenID solutions and related infrastructure.
- User support, service maintenance, and troubleshooting of issues and incidents.
- Resolving non-standard operational issues in consultation with users and suppliers.
- Analyzing client requirements, defining change requests, and proposing solutions.
- Developing and managing positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with team members (analysts, developers, testers, and others).
- Training Application Administrators.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation.
- Implementing security requirements.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in the role of a System Engineer
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and responsible, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Openness to work outside regular working hours in special situations such as installations, upgrades, or IT system maintenance
- Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems
- Knowledge of REST API and Swagger
- Communicative level of English
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in MS technologies, general knowledge of databases and IT security
