Job description

  • Lead the design and architecture of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 solutions tailored for batch/outbound communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions using the features and capabilities of SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
  • Customize SAS Customer Intelligence 360 modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
  • Harness the advanced data segmentation capabilities of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 to target specific customer groups for outbound communication campaigns.
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAS Customer Intelligence 360 solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for implemented solutions, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-user on SAS Customer Intelligence 360 best practices and processes.


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, etc.).
  • Extensive experience (6+ years) in implementing and managing SAS Customer Intelligence solutions, with a focus on outbound communication.
  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming and scripting languages.
  • Proven expertise in database management, data segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • SAS certifications in relevant areas would be a significant advantage.
  • Very good language skills (English or German required).
