Security Architect (m/f)
Trask cybersecurity team is growing and we are looking for a skilled Security Architect. Trask is a diverse environment, all genders and nationalities are welcome.
Mission:
The goal of this role is to become a senior team member who can lead projects, consult with clients, implement solutions, and mentor other team members.
First goals:
- Actively participate in RFP's preparation for local and international clients.
- Become a trusted partner/deputy for our Head of Security.
- Lead security integration projects.
- Consult with clients and design the architecture of security solutions.
- Develop & maintain partnerships with our key vendors.

Job description
- Design and implement comprehensive security architectures and strategies for our clients.
- Link solution designs to respective compliance frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, ISO27001, etc.
- Conduct thorough risk analyses and identify security threats and weaknesses in clients' existing systems and infrastructure.
- Provide expert technical consultation, advice and recommendation to clients during the whole project lifecycle.
- Lead security projects.
- Support vendor partnerships.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other company departments to design and implement security solutions and projects.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs.
- Mentor junior colleagues.
- Speak at security events.
- Level yourself up – certificate yourself, adapt new security tools, follow trends and new features in vendor tools, etc.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in diverse areas of security.
- Knowledge of security with emphasis on architecture and consulting, ideally from international environment.
- Experience designing and implementing security architectures within a variety of environments and technologies.
- Experience leading security projects.
- Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Experience collaborating with vendor engineering teams within strategic vendor partnerships.
- Good understanding of current threats and security trends in the IT industry.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis and design effective solutions in line with client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and team.
- Experience speaking on security topics at events is a plus.
- Excellent English and Czech (writing & speaking).
