Job description
- Collaboration with experienced colleagues who know all the intricacies of the automotive industry (from manufacturing, through logistics, to sales and after-sales) and the latest technologies (digital twin, machine learning, applied AI).
- Participation on full agenda of a new team at the intersection of data & analytics projects, the sales department, and international expansion.
- There will be no routine. Your agenda will vary everyday:
- You will do research and analysis on your own with focus on hot-topics in automotive, ie. digital experience in after-sales.
- You will prepare a plan for a roll-out of a new digital tool, ie. car ordering system for 10x European markets.
- You will calculate business cases for a new data product, ie. customers‘ loyalty to selected car brand.
- You will think creatively while visualizing business ideas in PowerPoint, Miro or Canva.
- You will have a chance to present your work to clients who are industry leaders.
Required qualifications
- Common sense, a willingness to learn, proactivity, and a human approach to colleagues and clients.
- Passion for new technologies and innovative approaches to solving business problems.
- Basic understanding of the role and added value of a consultant, whether from school or a previous position.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, its business model, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Strong communication skills in English; basic knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience.
