Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Infrastructure and Automation department to strengthen our team and help us with project management. Infrastructure has been one of the cornerstones of Trask for 30 years. Our team is currently made up of 50 professionals involved in implementing and managing IT systems and applications, architecting cloud and on-premise environments, implementing automation processes and DevOps principles, and many other areas.

We have a broad scope, so you can try your hand at project management in different areas. We are not looking for an expert, we are happy to train a colleague who is interested in developing.

Job description

  • Planning and managing projects for major clients (major banks, insurance companies, car companies and telcos)
  • Coordinating and managing smaller project teams and ensuring the smooth running of projects
  • Developing a given project into sub-tasks and overseeing their execution
  • Performing time estimates and updating them regularly
  • Project financial planning and status reporting
  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with customers
  • Managing business cases and preparing quotations
  • Collaborating with colleagues, developing personal competencies and knowledge

Required qualifications

  • Practical experience in IT project management (2 to 5 years)
  • Information technology orientation at a general level
  • Knowledge of project processes, tools and methods (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and reasoning skills
  • Diligence, organizational skills and responsible attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of Czech language and English at least at B1 level
