Job description
Development and Management of Data Pipelines:
- Design and Development of ETL and ELT Processes: Creating and implementing ETL and ELT workflows for data integration and processing within the Databricks environment.
- Ensuring High-Quality Data Preparation: Preparing data for analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications.
- Implementation and Management of Data Workflows and Pipelines: Managing pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data on the platform.
Required qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and other tools used in big data processing.
- Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL, essential for working in Databricks.
- Data Tools and Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their integration.
- Database Experience: Ability to work with relational and NoSQL databases, including designing optimized data models.
- ETL Processes Expertise: Understanding of tools and methodologies for efficient ETL/ELT process management and data flow handling.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to analyze and resolve issues related to data quality, pipeline performance, and data processing optimization.
