This position is suitable for both junior candidates with a basic understanding of cybersecurity and candidates who already have some hands-on experience with security monitoring or working in a SOC environment.

Job description
- Monitor security events and alerts within the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Analyze and triage security incidents using SIEM and EDR platforms.
- Perform the initial assessment of the impact and severity of security events.
- Handle routine security incidents following established procedures and playbooks.
- Work with logs, Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), and contextual threat information.
- Communicate with customers during the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior analysts when appropriate.
- Contribute to improving detection rules, SOC processes, and documentation.
- Work in a 24/7 shift-based operation.
Required qualifications
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a solid theoretical foundation in cybersecurity who is eager to continue learning and developing their skills. You don't need years of professional experience, but you should have a good understanding of the field and its core principles.
We'd Love It If You
- Have a good understanding of fundamental cybersecurity concepts.
- Are familiar with computer networking, operating systems, and common cyberattack techniques.
- Understand concepts such as SIEM, phishing, malware, and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
- Have experience monitoring security events or working with log data.
- Are familiar with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, or are eager to learn more about them.
- Can work methodically and make decisions based on available information.
- Communicate professionally with both customers and colleagues.
- Are responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
