L1 SOC Analyst

Do you want to help detect and respond to real-world cyber threats? We are looking for an L1 SOC Analyst to join our Security Operations Center.

This position is suitable for both junior candidates with a basic understanding of cybersecurity and candidates who already have some hands-on experience with security monitoring or working in a SOC environment.

You will become part of a team that handles real security incidents, helps protect our customers, and contributes to the continuous improvement of SOC processes, detection rules, and security procedures. • Monitor security events and alerts within the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Analyze and triage security incidents using SIEM and EDR platforms.
• Perform the initial assessment of the impact and severity of security events.
• Handle routine security incidents following established procedures and playbooks.
• Work with logs, Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), and contextual threat information.
• Communicate with customers during the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior analysts when appropriate.
• Contribute to improving detection rules, SOC processes, and documentation.
• Work in a 24/7 shift-based operation.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a solid theoretical foundation in cybersecurity who is eager to continue learning and developing their skills. You don't need years of professional experience, but you should have a good understanding of the field and its core principles.

We'd Love It If You

• Have a good understanding of fundamental cybersecurity concepts.
• Are familiar with computer networking, operating systems, and common cyberattack techniques.
• Understand concepts such as SIEM, phishing, malware, and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
• Have experience monitoring security events or working with log data.
• Are familiar with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, or are eager to learn more about them.
• Can work methodically and make decisions based on available information.
• Communicate professionally with both customers and colleagues.
