Job description

This Is Not a Typical Assistant Role

This role exists to protect the CEO’s time, sharpen decision‑making, and ensure the Board operates at a professional, executive level.

If you are looking for a role where you “take notes” or “manage calendars,” this is not it.

If you want to operate one step ahead of the CEO, inside boardrooms, strategy meetings, and executive decision cycles — keep reading.

Your Mission

Your job is simple to describe and hard to execute:

Make the CEO and Board more effective than they could ever be without you.

You will own structure, preparation, follow‑up, and executive discipline — so leadership can focus on decisions, not logistics.

What Success Looks Like After 6 Months

  • The CEO’s calendar runs smoothly — no chaos, no firefighting
  • Board meetings are well‑prepared, well‑documented, and action‑driven
  • Expenses, receipts, and tasks are fully under control — nothing missing, nothing unclear
  • Stakeholders trust that when something goes through you, it gets done

  • Manage complex business travel - Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel with attention to timing, logistics, and realistic transitions between meetings.
  • Track expenses and receipts with discipline and transparency - Maintain accurate oversight of expenses and documentation, ensure completeness, and support smooth cooperation with finance and controlling.
