For the Infrastructure and Automation department, we are looking for a Project Manager who will strengthen our team and help us manage projects. Infrastructure has been one of the fundamental building blocks of Trask for 30 years. Our team currently consists of 50 experts focused on the implementation and management of IT systems and applications, architecture of cloud and on-prem environments, implementation of automation processes and DevOps principles in general, virtualization, IT security, and many other areas.

Job description
- End-to-end management of IT projects for Czech and international clients
- Responsibility for delivering projects within the agreed scope, quality, budget, and timeline
- Financial project management, including planning and forecasting
- Leading project teams and establishing effective collaboration
- Translating business and technological requirements into a structured delivery plan
- Preparing time estimates, regularly updating them, and allocating resources
- Managing risks, change requests, and actively handling stakeholder management
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients at the level of key stakeholders
- Collaborating on the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and presales activities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in managing IT projects (minimum 3 years), ideally within a vendor or consulting environment
- Ability to independently lead a project from initiation through to handover into operations
- General understanding of information technology at a broad level
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches); certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, or Scrum are an advantage
- Experience with financial project management and budget responsibility
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of management
- English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level for daily communication
