Job description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Coordinator who will support our Automotive & Manufacturing team across administrative, sales, and project-related activities. You will collaborate with project managers, consultants, and business teams, ensuring that information flows smoothly and that our day-to-day operations run efficiently.

You don’t need to know everything from the beginning. What matters most is your willingness to learn, communicate clearly, ask questions, and help keep our internal environment structured and organized. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and the opportunity to understand how IT projects and consulting work.

You will be supporting colleagues and stakeholders from both Czech and German teams, so part of your regular communication will be in English.

Job description

Administrative & Assistant Support

  • Organizing meeting logistics (room reservations, schedules, refreshments).
  • Helping with onboarding activities and preparing basic materials for new colleagues.
  • Managing operational tasks such as travel planning, expense reporting, or maintaining internal tools and profiles (CRM, employee profiles).
  • Supporting team-building activities, events, and occasional ad-hoc office tasks.

Sales & Business Support

  • Assisting with preparation of simple offers, consultant profiles, reference materials, and other supporting documents.
  • Monitoring, uploading and updating information in client portals (e.g., VW, Škoda Auto).
  • Supporting the opportunity lifecycle - supporting documents, preparing inputs, collecting materials.
  • Assisting with preparation for customer events, workshops, or proposal-related materials.

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintaining and updating project documentation (stakeholders, contacts, meeting minutes, follow-ups).
  • Helping with project setup in internal systems (CRM, Project repository).
  • Supporting financial administration: reporting, monitoring, invoicing preparation, and working with tools like Power BI, CRM (we will teach you).
  • Monitoring project progress, resource planning, and milestones; contributing to status reports.
  • Communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and occasionally with clients to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Helping secure timely creation and updates of documentation across the project lifecycle.


Required qualifications

  • Good communication skills in Czech (native) and English (B2+).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office.
  • Project management awareness is a significant advantage. Understanding of project lifecycle, willingness to learn TRASK project processes.
  • Ability to organize your tasks, manage time well, and keep structure.
  • Responsibility and reliability - when you take a task, you follow through.
  • Proactive mindset - you take initiative and are not afraid to ask questions.
