Job description

  • Manage key projects in the energy sector; from planning through execution to delivery of results
  • Build and lead an effective project team, motivate colleagues, and support their development 
  • Keep budget, scope, quality, and delivery under control
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the customer, be the main partner for communication, escalation, and finding solutions
  • Identify problems before they arise and actively solve them – be a real problem solver 
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and developers in designing and delivering solutions
  • Contribute to the development of delivery competence at Trask and the cultivation of the environment 

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects, ideally in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors
  • Experience with agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) 
  • Results-oriented, independent, and proactive approach
  • Ability to handle complex situations calmly and with clarity
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • English language skills sufficient for working in an international environment
