Job description
- Manage key projects in the energy sector; from planning through execution to delivery of results
- Build and lead an effective project team, motivate colleagues, and support their development
- Keep budget, scope, quality, and delivery under control
- Maintain a strong relationship with the customer, be the main partner for communication, escalation, and finding solutions
- Identify problems before they arise and actively solve them – be a real problem solver
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and developers in designing and delivering solutions
- Contribute to the development of delivery competence at Trask and the cultivation of the environment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects, ideally in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors
- Experience with agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Results-oriented, independent, and proactive approach
- Ability to handle complex situations calmly and with clarity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- English language skills sufficient for working in an international environment
