You will be involved in the management and development of infrastructure for an agilely developed employee portal of the largest Czech company with more than 35,000 users. The employee portal is a complex environment where processes, information, and people come together to bring value to the whole organization. You will work with modern technologies in an extensive ecosystem with multiple data centres and operational environments.

Job description

  • Management and development of CI/CD processes for projects in the automotive industry.
  • Automation of builds, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
  • Management and maintenance of infrastructure in on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Collaboration with development teams on pipeline optimization and ensuring smooth component integration.
  • Monitoring and optimization of system performance, ensuring high availability and security of the environment.
  • Participation in defining and implementing DevOps standards and best practices across projects.


Required qualifications

  • Practical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Advanced knowledge of Git and versioning processes in team development.
  • Experience managing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and server administration.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles (IaC) – Terraform or Ansible is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
