We are looking for a Microsoft Security Architect to join our infrastructure and security team – a technically skilled professional who actively communicates with clients, enjoys tackling complex security challenges, and aspires to gradually take on a team leadership role.

You will be responsible for ensuring the security of our customers and their data, working with the latest technologies, and contributing to the development of cybersecurity at the highest level.

• Implementation and Management of M365 Security: You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing security measures in the Microsoft 365 environment. Your tasks will include configuring and operating tools focused on protecting identities, devices, email communications, and data, as well as continuously fine-tuning them according to customer needs.
• Monitoring and Threat Prevention: Your work will involve regularly monitoring security events, assessing risks, and identifying potential threats. Based on your analysis, you will design and implement measures that help prevent incidents or minimize their impact.
• Client Support and Consultation: You will provide expert technical support and consultancy to customers who need assistance with configuration, operations, or resolving security incidents in Microsoft 365. You will become a trusted cybersecurity partner for your clients.
• Training and Security Awareness: The role also includes sharing knowledge through trainings, workshops, and consultations. You will educate both clients and colleagues on cybersecurity best practices and the proper use of M365 Security tools.

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Security and its tools: You have hands-on experience implementing and managing security tools within Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft Defender, Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, DLP, or Sentinel. You can design security strategies and implement measures to protect systems, data, and users. You are capable of continuously monitoring security events and adjusting security policies to minimize risks for the company or customers.
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles, procedures, and standards: You understand both basic and advanced principles of cybersecurity and IT security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. You can apply best practices when configuring tools, implementing security policies, and preventing cyber incidents.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies and cybersecurity: You are familiar with modern cloud platforms and services, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure, and understand the principles of their secure deployment. You can assess risks associated with cloud applications and propose appropriate measures to protect data, identities, and applications in a cloud environment.
• Analytical thinking and risk assessment skills: You can identify potential security threats, analyze incidents, and evaluate risks. Based on your analysis, you recommend measures that prevent security incidents or minimize their impact. You are able to respond quickly to emerging security situations and effectively coordinate their resolution.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and communicate with clients: You can work independently on tasks requiring technical precision and decision-making, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and the team. You can communicate clearly and professionally with clients, provide expert consultation and training, assist with configuration, operation, or incident resolution, and become a trusted partner for clients in cybersecurity.
• Training and awareness in security: You can share knowledge and train colleagues and clients, organize workshops and consultations on proper use of Microsoft 365 Security tools and general cybersecurity. You help build a security culture and raise awareness about risks and preventive measures.
