Job description
- Administrative and organizational support for the team and ongoing projects.
- Organizing and coordinating regular meetings, events and client appointments.
- Contributing to the creation of internal and external communications – for professional social networks, websites or presentations.
- Administering the team intranet and supporting the onboarding of new colleagues.
- Arranging business trips and handling reservations.
- Managing documentation, orders, invoices and preparing reports.
- Supporting business activities and communication across the company.
Required qualifications
- At least a secondary education.
- A positive attitude toward administrative work and good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- A friendly and professional approach, attention to detail, independence and reliability.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
