- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAS Customer Intelligence 360 solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for implemented solutions, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
- Conduct training sessions for end-user on SAS Customer Intelligence 360 best practices and processes.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, etc.).
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in implementing and managing SAS Customer Intelligence solutions, with a focus on outbound communication.
- Strong proficiency in SAS programming and scripting languages.
- Proven expertise in database management, data segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- SAS certifications in relevant areas would be a significant advantage.
- Very good language skills (English or German required).
