  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Trask Solutions' footprint in the Canadian financial services market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and other key performance metrics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record (5+ years) of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the technology consulting or financial services industry.
  • Strong network within the Canadian financial services market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
