IAM Specialist

• Implement and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Configure and maintain Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Manage user and group accounts and permissions.
• Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies.
• Monitor and resolve security incidents related to identities and access.
• Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.
• Perform regular audits and reviews of access rights.
• Develop and manage automation scripts and tools for identity management.
• Integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate IAM into the broader IT infrastructure.
• Provide support to users and administrators in the IAM domain.
• Train users and teams on security policies and best practices.
• Create and update documentation and procedures.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving and expanding IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to implement new features and technologies.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
• Understanding of identity management principles and best practices.
• Experience with integration of IAM solutions with other systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
